Your dog deserves unique, personalized care as well as clean and comfortable accommodations to call home while you attend to your various responsibilities.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Please make sure to READ this part all the way down to the bottom before booking an appointment with us.

LODGING HOURS

  • Pickup and Drop-off times are 8-10 AM or 3-5 PM, Monday – Sunday. 

  • Drop-off - You are charged the lodging fee regardless of check-in time. 

  • Checkout Date - guests are picked up during our morning hours of  8-10 AM; there is no charge for the dismissal day.  If guests are picked up during the evening hours of 3-5 PM, there is a late pick up fee of $10/per dog.

  • Each guest starts the morning off with a potty break at 6 AM. 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Food – Please bring enough to last the entire stay.  This decreases the risk of stomach irritability. We will provide treats.  If your pet has any dietary restrictions, please let us know. 

  • Medications if needed; must be in prescribed bottle

  • Favorite toys – We will provide toys too, but feel free to bring toys from home that they enjoy

  • Copy of updated vaccination records

VACCINATION

Must show proof of current DHLPP,  Rabies, Bordetella, and  *Influenza (*optional) prior to your pets stay.
